Loveland Pass, elevation 11,990 ft (3,655 m), is a high mountain pass in the Rocky Mountains of northern Colorado, U.S.A.. It is located on the Continental Divide in the Front Range west of Denver. U.S. Route 6 traverses the pass. The twisty road is considered to be especially treacherous during the winter months.
Red Rocks Park is a mountain park in Jefferson County, Colorado, owned and maintained by the city of Denver as part of the Denver Mountain Parks system. The park is known for its very large red sandstone boulders.
